“Marketing & Communicatie Medewerker”.

Job Description:

As a Marketing & Communication Officer, you will be responsible for promoting our services and enhancing communication with passengers and partners. You will work closely with various departments within the company and report to the Marketing & Communication Coordinator regarding the following tasks:

• Maintaining content and managing the website and social media channels such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn;
• Supporting the organization of company activities and events;
• Contributing to the creation and implementation of an internal communication program to regularly inform staff about internal developments and future projects;
• Assisting with public relations matters and supporting internal and external (information) meetings and press moments;
• Supporting the Marketing & Communication Coordinator in developing annual and operational plans;
• Contributing to the development and implementation of new marketing products and the necessary promotions and gadgets (actions) to introduce/promote these products and services in the market;
• Monitoring and identifying relevant local and international developments in the organization’s field of work and in the area of Marketing & Communication.

Job Requirements:

• Completed MBO+ education in Marketing and Communication;
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position;
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, PowerPoint & Word;
• Theoretical and application-oriented knowledge in the field of Marketing & Communication;
• Communicative and interpersonal skills;
• Assertive, accurate, customer-oriented, flexible, stress-resistant, and trustworthy;
• Written and verbal communication skills in Dutch, English, and Papiamentu.
