Terms and Conditions

• Payment has to take place a week before transportation date at ABC headquarters at Industrieterrein Buena Vista z/n.
• A client that cancels their tour more than 24 hours before tour takes place, does not need to pay ABC anything.
• ABC will charge a client that cancels their tour less than 24 hours before it has to take place, for the hours booked.
• ABC reserves the right to – in the case of emergencies – cancel a booking, but the client will be given a notice, at the latest 24 hours before the tour.
• The person, or entity, who made the reservation, is responsible for the trip and the behavior of the people on board.
• The person responsible has to be of age.
• ABC will not be held responsible for excessive or inappropriate use of alcohol aboard the bus.
• Passengers must hold themselves to security rules while on board.
• Reservations are for a minimum of one hour.
• Extra hours that were not reserved have to be canceled immediately with the chauffeur at the end of the route.
• The bus will always arrive 15 minutes before the start of the tour.

Code of Conduct

• It is prohibited to transport more people than the specified amount that was approved for the vehicle to carry.
• It is prohibited to transport minors that are not accompanied by an adult.
• It is prohibited to offer alcoholic drinks to minors during the ride.
• It is prohibited to throw any object out of the window on to public ways during the ride.
• It is prohibited to enter the bus with a weapon.
• ABC reserves the right to cancel a ride without restitution, if the driver sees that one or more passengers are causing problems, putting others in danger or is not acting orderly.
